The Red Eyed Tree Frog is an amphibian that lives in lowland tropical rainforests of Southern Mexico that got its name for its big red bulging eyes. So in 1,000 years or less, climate change will cause many wildfires that will destroy the Red Eyed Tree Frog’s habitat. So because of this the Red Eyed Tree Frog will need to adapt to their new habitat to survive the harsh weather. Since all of the plants will die, the Red Eyed Tree Frog will need to change their diet. So because of this they will have to grow teeth so they can chew up the plants for food. They will also need to find a way to store water when it rains so they may need to develop a new organ to store water. They will also need to change their skin color to blend in with the dead plants.
