Fer-De-Lance essay.

For my future creature project, the Fer-DE-Lance is my rainforest creature. The name of my future creature is the Olive-Lace-Head. Right now, the Fer-DE-Lance has many adaptations that help it survive. Some of the adaptations it has include: Extremely potent venom, it has adapted to be an ambush predator, the Fer-De-Lance has become extremely aggressive. This hypothetical future version of the Fer-De-Lance also has many adaptations that help it survive. Some of the adaptations the Olive-Lace-Head will have include: The Olive-Lace-Head will lay its eggs in bird nests, this allows juvenile snakes to get an easy first meal. The Olive-lace-head will evolve to eat rainforest birds. The Olive-Lace-Head has evolved to emit the aroma of its prey's food. The Fer-De-Lance current habitat is the leaf litter of Central, South America, Europe. The Olive-Lace-Head’s Future habitat will be the trees of Central and South America. (The European population will die out.)
