The Golden Lion Tamarins live in the southern coast of the Amazon. They eat bugs and fruit. They can grow to be 6 to 10 inches with tails of 12 to 15 inches. They are named the Golden Lion Tamarin because they are a gold color and have a mane that looks like a lion's. With global warming melting glaciers more land will samurge. The Golden Lion Tamarin will need to learn how to swim to survive the higher tides. They will need thicker fur and blubber to not freeze to death in the water. Also they will need claws to have a better grip on trees to not fall into the water and to catch fish for food.
