Binturong currently lives in the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia, solitary. They have long, shaggy furs to insulate themselves, and flat-foot, short leg, and prehensile long tail to climb trees easily and to balance their weight, which increases the possibility of survival in rainforest. However, their living ecosystem will become a savanna because of global warming, so they have to adapt many things in order to survive. They will live in a group to improve their protection and hunt stills. They will become more carnivorous, which means they will mainly eat meat of small animals, or eat leaves in savanna, although they like to eat fruits most of the time currently. Then, their legs become longer and tip-toed to run and hunt foods quickly and efficiently, and their weight would be much lighter, too. Their fur will become lighter to camouflage and soft to reduce heat.
