The Jaguar is a beautiful animal that mostly lives in the Amazon rain forest and the Pantaloon wetland in Brazil and other South American countries. They survive in the Rain forests by crawling on their large cat paws and sneak up and ambush their prey. They enjoy eating large animals like capybaras and giant anteaters. They use their muscular limbs and large paws to climb trees, pad along the forest floor, and even swim in rivers and streams. However over the years if the water rises they can adapt by changing their fur to be denser and more like an otter so swim and live in the water. It can also start only eating large fish as food to survive. The jaguar would have smaller webbed like paws so swim around more.It would also have a longer tail so help it swim and grab onto things.
