The Sloth

Sloths are interesting creatures, they live throughout Central America and northern South America, including parts of Brazil and Peru and they live in the trees. Due to Climate Change, rainforests are going to lose their trees and look more like savannas. Because of this I think that sloths are going to evolve with it. To help me with this explanation let's look at how sloths looked like 10,000 years ago. They were much bigger and had a bear-like body. I think they will get these features back. I also think they will have big claws that will allow them to dig into the ground to look for food and hide in since most of the trees will be gone. I also think that they will start eating insects 100% of the time due to all the bushes with leaves disappearing.
