SNAKE IN AN OCEAN FUTURE

My animal is a snake, it eats meat and lives in the 2nd to 3rd layer of the rainforest. What happened to make the rainforest an ocean is a flood. The polar ice caps melted. This is what my future snake will look like. It will have a fish tail, scorpion's claws, have a hammer head head, have no scales, and the tail will be on the back. Here is some extra information about it. It will use its fangs to dig. They will use the hammer head to attack. It will not be able to slither. This is what it will eat. It will eat seaweed.
