Like all hummingbirds throated ones are amazingly good flyers with the ability to fly full speed and stop in an instant . Up , down , Sideways , and Backwards With little control They also have many flowers to drink from. If they live in the desert They wouldn’t have much nectar to drink. They would need longer legs and thicker feathers And a sharper beak to hunt. Hummingbirds will probably have to be brown To blend in with their surroundings. And they will probably have to eat bugs out of the ground. If needed hummingbirds would have to eat leaves from trees to stay hydrated.
