The Puna Flamingo lives in a wet rainforest in the present, but due to climate change, they are going to live in a dry savanna. They eat algae, brine, shrimp and small insects and the algae and brine help them be the pink we see. They have webbed feet to support them in soft mud and water. They have a beak to help them eat their food. They have minimal wings because they don't fly a lot. In the future, the Puna Flamingo will eat more small rodents like mice and lizards, along with leafy greens, like flowers and grasses. They will have more ostrich-like features, like their feet. They will no longer have webbed feet or pink skin, they will have more running capable feet. They will also have more feathers for stronger wings to fly and hunt. They have a beak for the foods they eat.
