The red eyed tree frog is an amphibian, meaning that they live both on land and in the water. A savanna is a flat grassland with scattered trees and shrubs. This part of the world gets more direct sunlight than anywhere else, so the temperature is warm all year round. The frog lives in the tropical lowlands of the rainforest. Their diet consists of grasshoppers, flies, crickets, and moths. For my adaptations I chose to change the frog’s sticky pads that help the frog grip to trees to climb. I would change them by making them harder for more support. The sticky pads would be less useful because the savanna is mostly open and dry lands. Finally the frog might also adapt by becoming poisonous to defend itself because it would be easier for predators to find. Also they would need to defend themselves in a different way.
