The jaguar is a large cat species and the only living member of the genus Panthera native to the Americas. As climate change is occurring rapidly, the habitat of jaguars is being majorly affected. Just like my present drawing, the typical jaguar habitat is a leafy, green rainforest, which is perfect for them to camouflage and sneak up on prey. As climate change occurs, their habitat will become dry and less green like my future drawing, which reveals their cover to prey. As a result, jaguars will starve because their prey will move away once they see the jaguar(their predator) coming close. Unfortunately, jaguars may die of starvation and become extinct since they will have no form of food.
