The toucan is known for its big, bright beak and short, strong feet. But these are all adaptations that will not be fit for their future habitat. They will most likely adapt to a smaller beak to be more suitable for flying. They will also probably get bigger wings so that they don't have to spend too much energy flying with their current small wings. They will adapt to bigger, wider feet to fit walking and living on the forest floor, instead of the trees due to deforestation. All of these adaptations are to fit the future habitats and needs of the toucan, as they will need to fly more because they have less/no trees to walk through. These big, wide feet are more fitting for walking on the forest floor, rather than gripping onto the tree branches. These are all adaptations they will make and traits they will inherit.
