Present
Poison dart frogs live in tropical rainforests in Bolivia and Brazil. A present adaptation is toxins in their skin that can stun or kill predators. Another adaptation is the bright green or blue color of this frog's skin that warns predators not to eat it. A third adaptation is Green and Black Poison Dart Frogs have sticky tongues which also help them to catch food.
Future
In 1,000 years these frogs will have an extra layer of skin to protect them from heat and become heat resistant to global warming. They will start to live near cool places like ponds. another adaptation is that the poison dart frogs will need to eat a lot of termites because they live in the savannah. It will also need to camouflage in the dry grasses because there's a lot of grass in the savannah. Everything would turn into a savannah.
