Scarlet Macaws

Scarlet macaws are extraordinary creatures. They have beautiful feathers, powerful beaks and sharp talons. In about 1,000 years this will be different. They will be grey brown and black, instead of red green and blue. They will have human feet because there will not be trees to perch on. Unfortunately in the future most of the world will be buildings and the forests will be gone.In the present they use their beaks to crack nuts. In the future the nut trees will not grow. They will not be able to eat the nuts. There would be no reason to have a beak. Instead of a beak they will have mouths like dogs. They will eat trash from garbage cans. The population of scarlet macaws will start to die out. The scarlet macaw is already endangered but they will become severely endangered.
