These amphibians get the name “Glass Frog” from their see-through bodies. These tiny frogs of this see-through body camouflage from their predators. Most of them are green, with green eggs, skin, and even bones. Glass frogs have webbing on their hands and feet, with sticky padding on their toes to climb. They live in the tropical forests of Southern Mexico, as well in Central and South America. These amphibians are most diverse in the Andes Mountains of Colombia and Ecuador. In the future, I believe that Glass Frogs will get stronger immune systems to protect them from infectious diseases. As well as grow out of their usual habitat in the rainforest, but instead in the desert. To survive from the major habitat loss. To keep up with the heat of the desert and climate change, I think they may get rougher skin. All of this would save them from extinction.
