The Arapaima is very large . It has a modified swim bladder to breath because it's gills are very small, it also has no teeth and is known as the "gulper" because when feeding it opens its mouth and creates a vacuum. They also come in many colors, those colors are based on the water quality, so if they are grown in clean water then their colors will be more vibrant and vice versa . The theoretical design adaptation for this fish will start with removing the swim bladder all together, helping it stay deeper in the the water and not become vulnerable when breathing, the fish will also decrease in size making it smaller and harder to hunt. It will also be in darker colors for the musky environment. It will also develop teeth, so it will not gulp but cut making it an even more dangerous hunter.
