In the present the ocelot has beautiful spotted golden brown fur and eats fish, frogs, monkeys, and birds. Lives in the canopy level of the rainforest and has a very excellent, unique, calm life until… The sun gets hotter and brighter due to global warming. The rainforest is now a hot dry savanna. The ocelot turns a yellow tan color, loses its spots and has less fur so it can blend in and so it can survive in the hot weather. The ocelot can also run faster and jump higher so it can get away from predators. The ocelot now eats some types of grasses.
