Jaguars live in many different countries in the world but mainly in South and Central America. They reside in rainforests most of the time which is why one of their possible adaptations that I have chosen is webbed feet. Currently jaguars, like all other cats, have paws. But with potential increased flooding, due to melting glaciers and sea ice, their habitats, if near water, could become lakes or parts of the ocean. I have also added in my drawing, gills and much less fur, almost none at all. Although they might adapt and grow gills, I predict that they will also keep their normal lungs for when they need to be on the little amount of land that they have. It would also be helpful for them to have darker skin so that they can blend in well with the surrounding waters.
