The Speedy Sloth

The animal I chose is the sloth. Sloths have many challenges such as speed, habitat loss, and predators. There are many ways they can adapt in the future to help prevent the worst from happening. Nobody wants to see this creature everybody knows and loves go extinct. A way that the sloths can adapt to live longer in the future is by gaining some speed. We all know the sloth is an extremely slow animal, if they get faster they can run away from predators. Another way the sloths can adapt is by growing spikes like a porcupine. Having spikes will help if a predator tries to eat them they will get poked in the mouth. All in all, the sloths need to adapt if they want to live longer and they can do that by being fast and growing spikes.
