Green Anacondas

To begin, Green anacondas have a lot of adaptations that help it survive in the Amazon rainforest. First, they are green, cold-blooded animals that as a result, are able to adapt to a wide variety of temperatures. They are also not limited to their normal habitat of the Amazon, but can live in different types of biomes - like grasslands and forests. In the future, deforestation will spread in regions like the Amazon rainforest - where there already is a lot of deforestation occurring. This could lead to drier landscapes - resulting in the new color change in anacondas from green to brown or any color that would camouflage with the desert's colors. Additionally, anacondas might turn nocturnal as a result from their preference of colder, manageable temperatures to hunt well - this would increase their vision over time and make the anacondas eyes bigger.
