The Black Caiman currently lives in the Amazon River Basin which will soon become flooded due to the extreme fall of water. Black Caiman can go up to 30 miles per hour in the water, on land the Black Caiman can go up to 27 Miles per hour on land. Currently, Black Caiman diets include different species of fish, birds, turtles, tortoises, and large mammals. Black Caiman are apex predators. One of the things that help the Black Caiman defend itself when being attacked is its teeth. Black Caiman have super sharp teeth and a super strong jaw. This also allows them to kill their prey more easily.
