Amazon Bamboo Rat

Currently, the Amazon Bamboo Rat has regular, rat shaped feet with small bumps for climbing. It has short, brown fur and its diet consists only of plants that are easily digested. In the future, the Amazon Bamboo Rat will have adapted to a flooded environment. It will have longer, water resistant fur, and webbed toes for swimming. It will keep its brown fur color and the bumps on its feet for when it climbs too get food. It will also keep its diet.
