The Green Anaconda lives in the Amazon Rainforest. The snake suffocates its prey and eats it whole. Starting with the top of the body and ending with the bottom of the body. The snakes eyes and nose are on the top of its head, so that the snake can see and breath when swimming. Thousands of years into the future the Amazon will become a Savanna, and the Green Anaconda will be forced to adapt to the hot weather. Starting with rough scales to make holes in the ground allowing the Anaconda to burrow in the ground to keep cool on hot days. The snake will also change to a orange-brown color to blend in with the Savanna dirt and grass. The anaconda will also be able to break down food faster so they can move faster on land. All these adaptations will help the Green Anaconda survive the Savanna.
