The Capuchin Monkey lives in small areas of the Amazon Rainforest. It is perfectly adapted to live there. It's tail has strong muscles to balance and grab on to the branches. The Capuchin's hand has five fingers and is used to pick, peel, grip and throw. It's arms and legs are used to crawl and walk. An adult Capuchin can grow up to be 22 inches lengthwise and 17 inches tall(crawling).
Due to climate change the Amazon will become a savanna. The Capuchin Monkey will become a foot tall and 10 inches wide (standing). It will become stronger and grow claws to dig into the ground. Its feet will become bigger and will only stand. The Capuchin's tail will become shorter because it will not live in the trees anymore it will live in burrows undergrounds. That will be the Future of Capuchins.
