Red-Bellied Piranha

My animal is the Red-Bellied Piranha. This animal looks like a normal piranha but with slightly different colors. Also, a smaller size. This animal has to adapt to climate change because its habitat (The Rainforest) has been entirely flooded. It has substituted some traits and this is what has changed: Its fins are now wings and its gills are now lungs. It has also developed another new trait because it can fly now. It has lizard scales because they are more durable than its original scales and just as waterproof. It has adapted by having bigger eyes for seeing prey in the air. And finally, it has eliminated its fins and gills.
