Living in the Amazon Rainforest, most Poisonous Dart Frogs have bright colors to warn enemies that it's poisonous. This scares away potential predators. The most deadly is the feared Gold Poison Dart Frog. One frog carries enough poison to kill 10 grown men! Dart frogs access their prey by using their long sticky tongue that darts out of their mouth and zaps the confused bug. Their diet of insects gives them a toxic/poisonous body to fend off potential predators. The Poisonous Dart Frog will develop different skills and adaptations to use in the new savanna climate of the rainforest. One of those skills is their new eye shades to block the sun. Second, they have scales to protect them from other animals and the sun. Lastly, it will develop claws to protect itself from predators and grip to steep surfaces. This is the predicted future of the Poisonous Dart Frog.
