There are over 160 chameleon species on this planet. Their tongues can be longer than their entire bodies. Colors change in response to emotions such as anger, stress, and fear. Their tails help them balance on objects by curling around them. In the future, pollution worsens, making forests impossible to live in, so chameleons adapt to water, becoming amphibians. There are only about 20 species left. Their long tongues have been drastically shortened. They have gills to breathe underwater and profiled ears. They have become thinner due to the lack of food and have developed webbed feet to swim faster.
