Tiger

Tigers live in the rainforest. Tigers have orange bodies and black stripes to blend in. The tiger is an apex predator which means it has no predators except humans. Tigers eat ungulates which are large mammals with hoves. When tigers are young they will stay with their mother for two to three weeks. Over 10,000 years the rainforest will dry up and it will stop raining and the rainforest will become a desert. Tigers will also change too. The main difference is that its ears will be bigger and it will have thinner fur to help them stay cool in the heat. Another big difference is desert tigers have tan fur and stripes to camouflage in with the sand. They will also have bigger paws and a longer tail to help them hunt for food. Bigger ears will also help it hear better. Desert tigers are great animals!
