In the past the scarlet macaw was in the tropical rainforest and eating its usual items like nuts, seeds, fruits, leaves and supplemented clay. They are surrounded by trees and fruits. But over time the adaptation is going to change because the trees are going to be cut down by humans and the temperature is going to change because of climate change. It's going to increase because the carbon dioxide increases day by day because factories and cars release carbon dioxide into the air. And the temperature is going to affect the fruits and leaves by drying them out and the scarlet macaw has to change its diet by eating insects and picking the ground for food. This will change the shape of the beak making it straighter. The color of their feathers will change to match the color around them to camouflage from predators.
