Future Creature

The flying squirrel has extra skin between its feet and hands used for gliding from tree to tree. It also has very short legs and very small feet. These adaptations are used for survival because the wings help it fly from tree to tree to find food and escape predators. Climate change will effect this animal because there will be less trees to fly from and that mean it is exposed to more predators and less food. I thing to changes to animal will need to make is, get rid of the wings between its feet. I also thing it will have to grow longers legs and have bigger feet. These will be used for escaping animals, getting faster, finding food easier and becoming a bit bigger animal. I think it will became more like a normal squirrel. I also think it will need a bigger head, jaw and teeth.
