Sloths

Sloths (Bradypus) are slow, small mammals found in the South American rainforest canopy. Known for their long claws and nocturnal habits, they spend most of their lives upside down, weighing up to 17 pounds and living about 30 years. However, the future Standing seven feet tall on two legs, Human Sloths will walk and talk like people, using four-inch claws to perform human-like tasks. They will grow faster, reaching speeds of four miles per hour, and weigh up to 21 pounds. Their diet will shift toward black widow spiders and butterflies. By trading the rainforest for the city, the Human Sloth represents a massive evolutionary leap, combining their ancient tree-dwelling traits with the abilities of modern humans.
