Sloths in the Future

Sloths are slow animals that live in the Amazon jungle. They have brown-grey hair and small ears. They move slowly because they eat only leaves and have little energy. In the next thousand years, the Amazon will change a lot because of weather problems like droughts and very dry places. Sloths will need to change too. Some sloths might learn to find new homes in different environments . Others might start eating different plants higher up in trees. Their slow speed helps them hide from bigger animals, so they will likely look way bigger and hairier. They would also most likely become more aggressive, have bigger claws and sharper teeth so their way of life helps them live in the jungle.
