Capybaras live in wetlands, which are grassy areas with a lot of watery space, and eat plants such as grass, reeds, and aquatic plants. With global warming though, the area will become savannah, but also have more flooded areas. They will have to adapt to their new habitat. They will adapt and have claws for climbing trees in case of an extreme flood, if it needs a place that it can rest in. It will also have stronger legs so it can swim faster, climb faster, and run. Since their habitat will change colors, so will the capybara, so it can blend in. These adaptations will help it survive in its new habitat.
