Red Pandas are cute furry animals with sharp claws, but they will be forced to evolve if they want to survive the changing world around them. For starters if people continue to cut down trees red pandas are going to have to spend their time on the ground. This could lead to their sharp claws dying down to shorter claws or even no claws. Another thing that could cause the red panda to change is global warming. Its fur could fall off. Finally, a red panda’s life span in the wild is 8-10 years. Because they are on the ground, it will be harder for them to get food. This could lower their life span to about 2-8 years.
