The Toucan is an amazing rainforest animal. The Toucan is a bird with a large beak and small body. Common colors include Black for the body, and orange for the beak. The present-day Toucan lives in rainforests (most abundant in the Amazon rainforest) and eats fruits (such as figs), wild cherries and nuts. But they can also eat bugs, frogs, and lizards.
The future Toucan in 2000 years will have scales on their body (harder scales than a pangolin). Inside its body, it will have an increased lung capacity so it can fly higher. Its large lungs are supported by larger wings for it to fly high (up to 1 kilometer high). The beak will also be covered in hard keratin. Inside the beak will consist of serrated teeth to rip up their teeth. Their wingspan is 10 feet wide and their adult height is 6 feet.
