Capybaras typically live 8-10 years,and are amazing swimmers. They are the largest rodents in South America! For food, they sometimes go on alligators to eat insects off them. They can hold their breath underwater for up to 5 minutes! They weigh 75-145 lbs. Capybaras weigh 180-240 lbs. They eat a wide variety of fish. It lives in the Indian and Atlantic ocean. They are brown and look like sharks.
