The Amazing Pangolin

In the present day the Pangolin has a really strong armor protecting its insides, the armor withstands lots of force. It can survive the bite of a lion, or many other natural predators. It eats termites, ants and many insects. They blend in with their surroundings with light tan skin covering them. Pangolins are nocturnal, and live on treetops in the tropical rainforest. In 2000 years the Pangolin has evolved, and the rainforest has turned into an arctic tundra. It has lost some of its armor and grown fur to stay warm in the harsh climate. They eat berries and insects. They are still mostly nocturnal. Pangolins now live in tunnels in the snow carefully crafted by the males pointed nose. Males have dark brown bodies, and Females have a light tan to go hunt. That is the evolution of the Pangolin over 2000 years (assuming the species will survive)
