Toucan

Present My animal is a toucan. Toucans usually live in central and south american rain forests. Most people think they only eat fruit, but they are actually omnivores. They also eat insects and sometimes even small animals like lizards or other birds' eggs . Toucans can also live about 12 - 20 years and some can live 26+ years! The population of my animal is about 5000,000 - 10,000. It's based on what species. Fun fact: there are 40 different species of toucans! FUTURE My animal in 2,000 years will live in the desert,it will also grow scales to blend in with the desert and a beak brown to blend in to. My animal will also have long claws for many reasons, it can use it to dig holes and eat insects and get hydration from poking holes on cactus.last, it has spikes on its back to protect it.
