Humming Bird

A tiny little bird who’s wings beat about 230 - 250 times a minute. Even small animals ca do big things.Tweet, Tweet, that is a humming bird. They live in the rainforest and need to stay hot or as dry as possible.They have very pointy beaks and thin tongues. They absolutely need nectar to pass from flower to flower. They can survive 150 degrees and 104 degrees are their normal body temperature. An absolutely changed life. A humming bird living in the hot dessert. Their beaks are even more pointy to protect from predators and pierce through cacti to drink water. They need to stay hot or as dry as possible. They have hard protective feathers to protect from predators and cacti. They don't need nectar to pass anymore. They now have strong feet to stay on land easily.They can live without but eat the inside of cacti.
