Pirhana adaptions

I selected a Piranha and as of right moment, it is thriving and consuming by other creatures to survive. But in the future, sea levels will rise and the water will warm up which would be bad for the Piranhas Like worms. Which is why I created some adaptations so the piranhas can survive. First as food becomes more scarce Piranhas need a tougher outside to protect them So I created sharper skin in order to protect them. Next With food getting less available they will have to find more food so I build them sharper teeth in order to help chow down on harder stuff like crabs. Lastly in order to survive in drying or oxygen depleting waters I made them a blow hole in order to breathe out so they don't get intoxicated by the worsening waters.
