Spider Monkey

The spider monkey lives in the tropical rainforest. It likes to hang and climb on trees and vines in the canopy of the tropical rainforest. It likes to eat fruits from the trees. It uses its long tail to balance on trees when it’s climbing. It makes its home on large tree branches close to a food source. I believe people will start cutting down trees, and vines so the spider monkey will have to adapt to living on the ground. It will have to look for beetles and worms under ground to eat. That’s why the Spider Monkey will grow long teeth to dig for food. The spider monkey will also grow a shorter tail because it does not need its tail to balance on the trees anymore. It will make burrows to live in, and cover them with grasses for protection from predators like eagles.
