My animal is a Giant River Otter. My animal would have to adapt their diet and hunting. The amount of fish would reduce because of warmer water. Water holds oxygen for the fish to survive but warm water holds less oxygen. They would have to go to farther places to get food. They will eat different animals that survive in muddier and warmer waters. They would have to hunt caiman or snakes more to survive. It is a big deal because they are very dangerous. They hunt mostly using their vision so they like to hunt in clear waters. If it’s muddy they would have to rely on their whiskers more. Their whiskers sense if there is movement. Global warming makes it harder to survive.
