Capybara

Capybaras live in Central and South America. They are brown and need fresh water for survival. Their Wedded feet help them to swim.They eat berries from the plants. Their brownness helps them blend in with dirt or trees to hide from predators. My future animal's name is CAPY-HAPPY! Capy-happy went from living in the rain-forest to the desert. Their ears are bigger so they have a better chance of hearing if predators are near. Their body is hairless because they no longer have access to water like fresh lake water. Their tails grow longer to defend themselves from predators. Their webbed feet dry up. They eat ants from the dirt under-ground and plants like cactus. Now they look like skin-color animals with longer tails and have no hair at all. They have bigger mouths to eat bigger prey, or more than one at a time.
