The Pink River Dolphin lives in the Amazon and can be up to 9 feet long. As the Amazon has more and more droughts, the rivers that this animal calls home are beginning to dry up. In order to survive, the Dolphin will have to be smaller and stronger to swim through shallow rivers and make it over small patches of land. They will also have to develop thicker skin to protect them from parasites spreading in the dirty still water. Amazon River Dolphins are already endangered as it is and they will have to adapt to major changes in their habitat in order to survive.
