The Tamarin monkey lives in the South American rainforest. It uses its claws to climb trees and eat. It also has unique calls to mate and communicate with other monkeys. It struggles with a lot of factors like deforestation and hunger but also dehydration. The adaptation would be for the monkey to have grooved hair shafts and hydrophilic hair that sticks up at an angle to catch water better. Lastly to have a thinner outer skin layer to allow water diffusion.
