Jaguars live in the rainforest, and probably won't survive if their habitat turns to a savanna. That is why I have adapted the Jaguar to hopefully be able to survive in the savanna. Instead of jaguars hiding in swamps, shadows, and using their pattern to blend in, they will hide in tall grass, and sleep near big trees. The adapted jaguar will be slightly more green on the top, and more ovel like spots going top and bottom, so they blend in a little more with the grass, but not stripes, like zebras. They will also be a little darker, and hunt at night, to blend in so there is less light, because jaguars can see better at night, then day. Because in the savanna there’s not as much water, jaguars will store water in their body like camels. These adaptations should help jaguars survive in the savanna.
