Amazon river dolphins are unique animals of the rivers. They live in big open rivers right now. They have pinkish skin, long snouts for hunting, and paddle like fins. The Amazon river dolphins eat fish and crustaceans and sometimes turtles and snakes, while larger reptiles and large cats eat them. There are only around 30-45 thousand Amazon river dolphins left, so they are considered endangered. The issue the Amazon rainforest is facing is disrupted water sources. Disrupted water sources are where humans contaminate the water. I think they will obtain better eyes and skin, become smaller and weigh less, and other adaptations. Also I think they will live fully in water with gills but the water will be contaminated. These pictures explain my ideas of what will happen thousands of years from today.
