Electric Eels Adaptatoin

Electric Eels are not actually Eels, but freshwater knife fish from South America. They can use their special organs to emit high voltage shocks to defend themselves or hunt prey. THey live in Rainforests since their bodies are adapted to shallow and murky water with little oxygen. If electric Eels were to be put in a more dry savannah/desert biome due to global warming, they would somewhat be suited there. However having a higher voltage shock for hunting prey, scales for armor to defend from predators, and a better lung capacity so they can stay underwater would help them live better.
