The animal I chose to illustrate was the red-eyed tree frog. In the present, tree frogs have many adaptations to the rainforest. First, they have little pads on the bottom of their feet and long legs to help them climb trees. They are green to camouflage themselves on leaves from predators. In the future because of the long term effects of climate change, the frogs will be very different. Trees will most likely be almost or completely gone, so they will no longer have the pads on their feet and their legs will be shorter. They will turn brown because there will be no leaves to camouflage in, they will have to hide on the ground in the dirt. The frogs will be much skinnier because a majority of their prey lives in trees. Because of climate change, they could possibly go extinct, leaving the frogs with less food.
