Today hyenas are most likely to have spots, hair on its back and sharp teeth. But have you ever wondered what hyenas would look like in 10,000 years as a result of climate change? For hyenas to survive the effects of climate change, I think they would need longer ears so if a predator was trying to sneak up from behind, they could hear it and run away. I think this connects with climate change because climate change will make the world hotter. If the sun makes it too hot, many animals might die. Animals still living, will be trying to find food. If a predator saw a hyena from 8 feet away, the hyena would know from its ears and be able to run away. Additionally, the hyena would develop a turtle-like shell to create shade to protect itself from the blazing hot sun.
